These Terms of Use govern the conditions under which users access and use the website and educational services provided by REC’s Academy (the “Academy”).
These Terms regulate the use of academic consulting, university admission support, Korean language program coordination, visa documentation guidance, and related educational services provided by the Academy to its users (“Members”).
These Terms become effective upon publication on the Academy’s website.
The Academy may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable laws.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Members who disagree with changes may request cancellation of services.
A service agreement is formed when a Member agrees to these Terms and submits an official consultation or application form.
Members must provide accurate and truthful personal and academic information.
The Academy may refuse or terminate services in cases of false information, unlawful purpose, or violation of these Terms.
The Academy provides:
Academic pathway consultation
University and major matching
Admission application coordination
Korean language program placement
Visa documentation guidance
Short-term study program coordination
Admission Guarantee
Where a Member fully meets academic and documentation requirements and complies with the Academy’s guidance, the Academy guarantees university admission through its verified partner institutions or approved academic pathways.
Visa Disclaimer
Visa approval is exclusively within the authority and discretion of the Korean immigration authorities. REC’s Academy provides visa documentation guidance and compliance support only and makes no representation or guarantee regarding visa issuance.
Members agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information
Submit genuine and complete documentation
Follow academic and visa compliance guidelines
Comply with applicable laws and Academy policies
A violation may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Member-created content remains the property of the Member.
Academy materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
The Academy strives to provide stable services, but may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or due to force majeure events. The Academy is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The Academy guarantees admission only when eligibility requirements are satisfied and documentation is authentic.
The Academy is not responsible for visa denial, government decisions, or delays caused by immigration authorities.
The Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the preceding 12 months.
The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these Terms.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court where the Academy’s headquarters is located.
